Parsley-Pistachio Rice Salad

A great rice salad recipe to try !
Rice Salad Recipe Ingredients :

* 1/2 cup basmati rice
* 1 cup water
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon coarse grained mustard
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
* 2 tomatoes, diced
* 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
* 1/4 cup chopped pistachio nuts
* 1/4 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives

Rice Salad Recipe Instructions :
1. Combine the rice and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until rice has absorbed all of the water, about 20 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside to cool.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the rice, and stir in the parsley, mint, tomatoes, bell pepper, pistachios and olives...The rice salad recipe parsley pistachio is ready to serve...nice ! Enjoy the salad !

Ingredients:

* 1 package frozen peas, 10 ounces, cooked and drained
* 2 cups cooked rice
* 1 jar (4oz) diced pimiento
* 1 cup cooked ham, diced
* 6 green onions, chopped
* 4 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
* 3/4 cup pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
* 1/2 cup chopped parsley
* 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
* 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, (8oz)
* 1/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
* lettuce leaves, optional
* cherry tomatoes, optional

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine peas, rice, pimiento, ham, chopped onions, eggs, olives, parsley, relish, and cheese; stir well. Add salad dressing or mayonnaise, tossing until well mixed. Chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with cherry tomatoes if desired. The rice salad recipe is ready ...enjoy it !

Ingredients:

* 2 cups cooked long grain rice
* 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
* 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
* 1/4 cup chopped celery
* 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
* 1 tablespoon finely chopped radish
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients; pour over rice mixture, tossing gently to combine well. Cover and chill thoroughly before serving. The Rice salad recipe is ready to serves 4 to 6 persons...nice ! Enjoy it !

* 1 1/3 cups cooked long grain rice
* 1/4 cup French salad dressing
* 3/4 cup mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
* 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste
* 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
* 1/8 teaspoon seasoned pepper, or to taste
* 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
* 8 ounces cooked ham, cut in thin strips, (1 1/2 cups)
* 1 cup cauliflower pieces
* 1 cup frozen green peas, cooked then drained and chilled
* 1/2 cup chopped celery
* 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes

INSTRUCTIONS
Toss rice with french dressing; chill thoroughly. Combine mayonnaise, onion, curry, salt, mustard, and dash of pepper. Toss with rice. Add ham and vegetables; toss. Serve salad on chilled melon or avocado slices, or over lettuce leaves. The rice salad recipe is ready to serve 6 great persons ! Enjoy it !

* 8 ounces cooked shrimp
* 1 can (5 1/2 to 7 ounces) white tuna, drained
* 3 cups cooked rice, cooled
* 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
* 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet pickles
* 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
* 1/4 cup diced pimientos
* 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* salt and pepper, to taste
* salad greens and tomato wedges

INSTRUCTIONS
